Create a DISC profile that grows
with you as you read your story.

This is a real moment from Tony's Last Blueprint, one of the stories in the library. Read it, then choose what you would actually do.
Chapter 1: The Empty Desk
Monday Morning - Day 1 of the Transition
The nameplate is still on the desk. TONY DELUCA, PRESIDENT. The new owner's people haven't gotten around to changing it, or maybe they're being polite about it. Tony isn't sure which is worse.
He'd come in early the way he always does, five-forty-five, coffee from the Wawa on Route 9. Thirty-eight years of the same routine. But this morning when he pulled into the lot, his spot, the one closest to the trailer, had a white Tesla in it. The new owner, Ryan Kerrigan, thirty-four years old, private equity money, probably never held a hammer that wasn't decorative.
Inside the office everything looks the same but feels different. Ryan's laptop is open on the conference table. There's a whiteboard with words like "scalability" and "vertical integration" written in blue marker. The 90-day transition starts today. Ninety days of being an employee at the company he built from a pickup truck and a handshake.
How does Tony begin this day?

Each story places you in different circumstances, and each completed assessment adds another set of behavioral observations. One choice is a moment. One story is a snapshot. Across different stories and situations, ChoiceWeave™ begins connecting the patterns.
ChoiceWeave™
ChoiceWeave™ connects patterns across the choices you make in different stories, situations, and perspectives to build an evolving understanding of behavioral personality. A single decision is only a moment. Patterns across many decisions create the larger picture.
Every choice becomes part of the weave.
Welcome to the Personality Ecosystem.
Experience personality stories, see individual DISC results, and build a richer profile across different situations over time.
Compare how you see yourself with how others experience you, and put behavioral insight to work in families and relationships.
Reading assessment stories drives progression, rewards, collectibles, worlds, sidekicks, and continuing adventures.
Behavioral insight for educators: student profiles, group understanding, team building, and reading engagement.
They don't buy their way ahead. They read their way ahead.
Medieval, sci-fi, and video game worlds. Sidekicks, vehicles, treasures, and rarity. Reading streaks, Treasure Days, and trading under parent-controlled family connections. Their DISC results even shape how their hero thinks and acts in later personalized story chapters. And none of it can be bought, only read.
Reading powers the world.

Eight adventures. One continuing mystery. Every book is also a complete personality assessment.
In the Press Start series, finishing one adventure unlocks the next, while the characters, objects, and the larger mystery carry forward across all eight books. A persistent authored universe where every installment reads like a chapter and scores like an assessment.
Who am I?
Your own stories build your first-person profile, one choice at a time.
How do other people experience me?
Invite family, friends, or colleagues to answer as you, and compare the two pictures side by side.
The Family Map puts everyone's styles on one canvas, so personality insight becomes something a household can actually use.
Educators see student profiles, a class map of how the room fits together, balanced or stretch team suggestions, reading engagement, and an SEL lens that turns insight into classroom moves.
I have spent more than fifty years in the DISC assessment world, and I had never seen anything like what Shawn built.”

Shawn saw an opportunity to create something different and brought that vision to life on his own.”
Brandon Parker, co-founder and CEO of Assessments 24x7
Shawn Taylor created the Story-Based DISC Assessment and developed the concept into The Assessment Library: independent assessment stories, repeated behavioral discovery, serialized assessment fiction, outside perspectives, children's progression worlds, and family and classroom applications, all connected to one personality ecosystem.
