What does it mean to compare DISC assessment results?
Comparing DISC assessment results means placing two independent measurements of the same person next to each other: a traditional DISC report, built from self-description on a questionnaire, and a story-revealed DISC profile, built from the decisions that person makes across interactive story assessments. Because the two instruments observe you from different angles, agreement between them is strong confirmation, and disagreement is a genuine discovery: a documented gap between how you see yourself and how you choose.
Neither view is "the right one." A well-built questionnaire from an established provider measures self-perception accurately, and self-perception matters. Stories measure behavior. The comparison is where the two honest witnesses finally talk.

Open the Compare tab on your results panel and upload the PDF. We read the scores out of it and show you exactly what we found, so you confirm every number before anything is saved. We keep only the scores, never your PDF.

Read story assessments and let your choices build your revealed profile. The comparison unlocks after five finished stories, so the revealed side has real evidence behind it, and it keeps sharpening with every book after that.
See the two views meet
Side-by-side charts plus a plain-language breakdown: where the report and the stories agree, where they differ, and what the gap suggests. When your report carries Natural and Adapted graphs, the comparison uses both.
An honesty note: traditional graphs and story profiles use different scales, so raw numbers are never compared directly. The comparison works on the shape of your profile: which traits lead, which follow, and by how much, in each view.
Described vs. revealed: why the gap matters
When your report and your stories agree, you can act on your profile with full confidence: two independent instruments, two different methods, one answer. When they differ, you have found something a single assessment can never show. Many people discover that their stories side with their report's Natural graph over its Adapted one: the stories never ask you to be professional, so the private decision-maker shows up. Others find a trait their questionnaire undersold, revealed choice after choice. Either way, the gap is not an error. It is the most interesting page in either report.

Can I upload a DISC report from any company?
Yes. Any provider's DISC report in PDF form works, including Assessments24x7, Take Flight Learning, Everything DiSC, TTI Success Insights, PeopleKeys, and Extended DISC. We read the scores, show you what we found, and you confirm before anything is saved.
Is one assessment more accurate than the other?
They measure different things, and the comparison never declares a winner. A well-built questionnaire accurately measures how you see yourself; story assessments measure how you decide. Agreement is confirmation, and difference is a discovery about the gap between self-image and behavior.
What are Natural and Adapted DISC styles?
Many traditional reports, including those from Assessments24x7 and TTI, show two graphs: your Natural style (your underlying self) and your Adapted style (how you flex in your environment, often at work). The comparison uses both, and seeing which one your story choices side with is one of its most revealing results.
Do you keep my uploaded report?
No. We extract the scores, you confirm them, and only those confirmed scores are stored. The PDF itself is never kept.
Why do I need five finished stories before comparing?
Fairness. The story-revealed profile is built from real decisions, and five completed assessments is the minimum evidence for a comparison worth trusting. Every story after that sharpens it further.
Can I compare reports for my kids?
Yes. Each family member has their own results tab with their own report library, so a child's school DISC profile meets that child's own story-revealed profile.
What about Motivators or Emotional Intelligence reports?
Upload them: they are stored and summarized alongside your DISC reports, with side-by-side comparisons for those report styles on the way.
