Everything you need to know about The Assessment Library — from how DISC works to plans, kids mode, and observers.
It’s a library of story-based DISC personality assessments. You read short, interactive stories, and the choices you make along the way reveal your behavioral style. As you explore more books, your DISC profile grows and becomes more detailed.
DISC is a model of four core traits — Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness — that describe how people tend to act, communicate, and respond to situations. Most people are a blend of all four.
Yes — an account lets you save your results and track how your profile evolves over time. Your very first full assessment is free.
Yes. New users get one complete assessment, on any book, at no charge — no credits required.
Most assessments take about 20–40 minutes, depending on the book. You can pause and come back any time — your progress is saved.
Each choice you make maps to one or more DISC traits. Your dominant trait and full breakdown come from the overall pattern of your answers across the story.
It shows how reliable your results are. The more assessments you complete — and the more perspectives you gather — the higher your confidence and the more accurate your profile.
You can invite other people to answer questions about you. This lets you compare how you see yourself with how others perceive you, for a fuller, more balanced picture.
Your first assessment is free. After that you can buy a 20-credit pack for $9.99 (one-time or monthly), or go Unlimited Family for $14.99/month or $149/year. A comprehensive Full DISC Report is available for $59.
Credits unlock assessments. Most books cost about 2 credits, so a 20-credit pack covers roughly 10 assessments. Credits never expire.
Every assessment, all AI story chapters, the full kids rewards economy, multiple child profiles, and the ability to observe up to about 5 students — all for one price.
You can cancel any time from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, a leading PCI-compliant payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
Yes. Children don’t create their own accounts — a parent or guardian creates and controls everything, including child profiles. Children never spend real money, and any progress sharing is read-only and can be turned off at any time.
A parent turns on kids mode and sets a 4-digit PIN. Kids see a friendly, age-appropriate experience, and leaving kids mode requires the parent’s PIN.
Yes. Create a child profile, and your child reads kid-friendly versions of the stories and builds their own evolving DISC profile that you can follow.
An observer is someone you allow to follow a child’s — or your own — progress, such as a grandparent, teacher, tutor, or coach. They see progress and results, but never your raw answers or account.
On your Dashboard, open the “Shared with” panel, paste the observer’s connection key, and choose which profile to share. The connection appears on their dashboard right away, and you can revoke it any time.
Yes. Educators can organize students into classes, see who needs attention, set goals, and track engagement — all from one dashboard.
